Not only does our new website have a clean design for easy navigation, but our Customer Portal feature will allow you access to thousands of products, view live inventory levels and pricing*, place orders online, and check the status of your order.
If you previously had an online account with us, you will need to set up a new account on our Customer Portal. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
To set up an account:
1.) Visit our website at www.garveywholesalebeverage.com
2.) On the navigation bar, hover over “Shop” and select “Account Set Up”
3.) Once redirected to the “Set Up Your Account” page, please complete the questionnaire
a. If this is your first time shopping with us, you will need to bring in a completed copy of your resale certificate with you on your first visit. To print a copy, click on the “Print Resale Certificate” button
4.) After submitting the account form, please allow 48 business hours for your account to be set up in our system
5.) Once your account has been activated, you will receive an email with your new username and password
6.) To log into your account, go to www.garveywholesale.com and select “Shop Now” under the “Shop” tab
a. Log in by using your assigned username and password
7.) To ensure the privacy and protection of your account, please change your password after logging in for the first time
a. Hover over your username on the top right corner and select “Change Password”
b. You will be prompted to enter your temporary password, and a new password of your choice
To place an order online:
1.) To find a product, you can browse through the categories on the left menu bar or use the “Product search” function
2.) Click on the item you wish to view
a. On the product page, you will have access to real-time inventory levels and prices*
b. *Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Price changes are effective on a specific date and will be billed at the price when the order was placed. Inventory levels are live, but do not reflect changes incurred during inventory control and/or handling processes. In the event inventory levels were incorrect at the time the order was placed, a new invoice will be issued at will call
3.) Enter the quantity you wish to purchase, and click on “Add To My Cart”
4.) Repeat Steps 1-3 for all the products you wish to purchase
5.) Once you are ready to check out, click on “Cart” on the left hand menu bar and review your order
a. To delete items - select the “Remove” checkbox and click “Update Cart”
b. To adjust quantities - enter the desired quantity amount and click “Update Cart”
6.) After verifying all information and quantities are correct, select “Check Out”
7.) Confirm that the shipping address is correct (this is the address we have on file for your account) and click “Select”
8.) Confirm that the billing address is correct (this is the address we have on file for your account) and click “Select”
9.) Optional: Under the shipping options screen, you can input a PO number or attention line for your reference
10.) Click “Continue”
11.) Please review the order confirmation page to ensure all information, products, and quantities are correct
a. *Prices on this screen do not reflect CRV or barrel deposit charges
12.) Click “Buy Now” to complete your order
13.) Once your order has been submitted, you will be brought to a finish order screen. This screen will include your grand total (including any CRV, barrel deposits, or miscellaneous charges incurred)
14.) You will also receive an email confirmation for your order
15.) All orders will be processed and will be ready for pick up after 2 business hours of placing your order

We are confident that with this Customer Portal feature, you will be able to place your orders online with ease, and conveniently check real-time product availability and prices on our website without having to leave your bar or store.
